We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your HATCH pieces throughout every stage of motherhood. If your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Pack and Label

Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all HATCH tags remain intact.

Drop Off

Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
